Appointments
Appointments are scheduled Monday - Friday between 8am and 5pm with the exception of lunch hour from 12pm to 1:30pm. WE do stay open we just don't have appointments scheduled at that time. We are available for appointments on Saturday from 8am to 12pm. We can usually schedule our clients for same-day appointments. In order to provide the highest quality care and treatment continuity, we prefer to schedule appointments with each patient’s normally visited veterinarian.
We have Wellness visits, Office visits, Exotic visits, Technician visits, Drop-off visits and Urgent care visits.
Walk-ins are accepted but will be worked in between previously scheduled appointment times.
Payments
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept all major Credit Cards, Cash, Scratchpay, Care Credit, and pet health insurance. Treatment plans are prepared and discussed prior to ANY services. Payment plans are available on a limited basis with a 15% up front service fee & subject to manager approval.

All surgeries require a 50% non-refundable deposit to schedule the surgery; the balance is due in full at discharge. If surgery is canceled less than 72 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited. Hospitalization/Urgent Care cases require an upfront 50% deposit (based on a treatment plan given to you, usually around $300) with the balance being due at discharge.
