Eric grew up in Plano, Texas and moved to Checotah, Oklahoma to his families ranching operation in 1975. He graduated from Checotah High School in 1977. He later went to Connors State College and on to Oklahoma State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in animal science, in 1981. Eric received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University in 1985. From 1985 to 1994 Dr. Wynn worked as an associate vet in several different mixed practices in Bentonville, AR, Neosho, MO and Guthrie, OK before he opened Wynn Animal Hospital in 1994.
Eric moved to the Tannehill area in 1999. He has been married to his wife Janel for 22 years and they have 3 children, Jarrod, Jordan and Morgan. The family enjoys their multiple dogs, cats and horses and cattle.
Eric is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the Oklahoma Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA), the Society for Theriogenology, and the American Bucking Bull Inc. (ABBI).Monday:
