  • Kim
    Hospital Administrator

    Kim has worked for Plymouth Heights for many years. She graduated from Medical Institute of MN (Argosy University) with a degree in Veterinary Technology. She then went on to pursue the business aspects of this field. Now she mostly works behind the scenes but will also work with patients as needed. Some of her hobbies are Agility training with her dog and more recently Kim and her dog became certified as a therapy team and travel around visiting patients.

  • Lori
    Assistant Hospital Administrator

    Lori graduated from the Medical Institute of Minnesota (now Argosy University) in 1998. She loves client education and continuing education. She is a mother of three boys and, boy, do they keep her running when she’s not at work. When not busy with her kids, she can be found relaxing with her dogs and cats or four wheeling up north at the cabin.

  • Tina
    Certified Veterinary Technician, Lead Technician

    Tina graduated from Argosy University in 2001 and has been a technician at Plymouth Heights Pet Hospital since 2006. Her areas of interest include dentistry, anesthesia, and nursing care. Outside PHPH, Tina is busy with her three wonderful children and her best furry friend, Fred the guinea pig.

    Certified Veterinary Technician

    Kara earned her AAS in Veterinary Technology from Argosy University in 2001. Her favorite part of being a technician is getting to draw blood on a regular basis and, of course, working with different patients all the time. Kara can be found spending her free time out shopping, going to barre class, running, or watching a movie with her pug, Pixie, and her cat, Shandy.

  • Maryann
    Certified Veterinary Technician

    Maryann earned her AAS in Veterinary Technology from Argosy University in 2001. She has been working at PHPH since 2005. She loves running lab work and client education. When not at work she can be found enjoying the outdoors with a great book or with her dogs, Lou, a Llewellin setter, and B, a French Brittany.

  • Sarena
    Certified Veterinary Technician

    Sarena graduated from North Dakota State University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology. Her professional interests include preventative care and client education. She also enjoys getting to know all the PHPH clients and developing a relationship with their 4-legged family members. Sarena has high standards of care for animals, and coming to work every day knowing she can make a difference in their lives is the ultimate reward for her. When not at work, Sarena enjoys spending free time with family, friends, and her beloved fur babies, the felines: Westley and  Ella; and her Aussie:  Remi.

  • Amy
    Certified Veterinary Technician, Receptionist

    Amy earned her AAS in Veterinary Technology from Argosy University in 2004 and achieved her certification locally and nationally the following year. Amy has been a part of the PHPH family for over 14 years! You will most likely encounter her on the phone or at the front desk, as client education is her favorite aspect of the job. In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her two-legged family and exploring the great state of Minnesota. She also enjoys playing with Bean and Snow (the hamsters), snuggling with Kitty, and training or socializing her puppy, Gibson.

  • Sarah
    Certified Veterinary Technician

    Sarah earned her AAS in Veterinary Technology from Argosy University in 2016. She began at PHPH in fall of 2016 as a technician intern and was thrilled to join the team directly after her internship. Sarah’s areas of interest include dentistry, anesthesia, and continuing education. In her free time, Sarah enjoys a variety of hobbies including photography, singing, and anything she can do with her Miniature Poodle, Roxie. 

  • Ava
    Certified Veterinary Technician

    Ava earned her AAS in Veterinary Technology from Argosy University in 2017. Working with animals has been a dream of hers since she was a little girl. Her favorite part of the job is how rewarding it is to provide care and comfort to all animals in need. Her professional interests include dental health and feline medicine. When Ava is not at work, she is likely spending time with her two cats: Romeo and Juliet.

  • Mandy
    Certified Veterinary Technician

    Mandy graduated from Argosy University in 2003 and has been practicing as a Certified Veterinary Technician ever since. She enjoys the variety that veterinary medicine provides. No two days are ever the same! Mandy loves dentistry, patient care, and client education. During her time away from PHPH, Mandy keeps very busy with her two daughters, husband, and consulting business.

  • Kerry
    Veterinary Assistant

    Kerry began her career at PHPH in 2016. She was drawn to the veterinary field by her compassion for animals and people alike. Kerry’s favorite part of her job is making new furry friends and nothing makes her happier than seeing her patients happy and thriving. In her free time, Kerry enjoys spending time up north with her fiance, Bill, and their two dogs, Hunter and Rex. 

  • Lucy
    Boarding Manager and Veterinary Assistant

    Lucy has been a part of the Plymouth Heights family since 2015. Her favorite part about PHPH is the wonderful clients and patients she gets to work with on a daily basis. Lucy is also the Boarding Manager, and enjoys the diversity of working at all locations in the hospital. In Lucy's free time, she volunteers through Pet Haven and enjoys everything outdoors, including camping, hiking, and traveling. Lucy also has 2 cats, Blue and Peanut!

  • Chris
    Receptionist

    Chris has been a veterinary receptionist for over 8 years and joined PHPH in January 2013.

    She loves getting to know the clients and their fur babies and gets the best of both worlds at the front desk! In her spare time she enjoys gardening, taking longs walks, and bike rides with her husband.

    They share their home with their golden retriever and 3 cats.

  • Hannah
    Receptionist

    Hannah has been part of the PHPH family since 2018. As a receptionist, she enjoys being the first person to greet customers and their furry loved ones. Hannah loves making every dog and cat feel comfortable with lots of cuddles and treats. In her free time, she likes going up north and spending time outdoors with her adventurous dog, Berkley, and hanging out with her family and friends.
