Meet the Veterinarians of Plymouth Heights Pet Hospital, Minnesota.

  • Dr. Deb Cameron

    Dr. Cameron grew up locally, in Crystal and Plymouth. She graduated from St. Olaf College in 1993, and earned her graduate degree from the University of Minnesota's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. Her special interests include feline medicine and small animal pain management.

    Dr. Cameron has been associated with Pet Haven and involved in fostering and re-homing cats and kittens for fifteen years. She has two dogs, too many (but wouldn't part with any) cats and most often a hamster or three. She enjoys long walks with the dogs, reading, and spending time at the family cabin.

    Special Interests: Internal Medicine, Pain Management, and Ultrasonography

  • Dr. Jennifer Mulcahy

    Dr. Mulcahy graduated from the University of Minnesota, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. She began her veterinary career at a small animal practice near Atlanta, GA. She has been certified in veterinary acupuncture since 2009. More recently, she has been working for a large humane society near Detroit, Michigan. Her veterinary interests include complementary therapies, nutrition, and pain management.

    Dr. Mulcahy recently moved back to Minnesota with her husband Mark, daughter Teagan, and son Calum. Their yellow lab Raine and cat Harry complete their family. In her free time she enjoys being with her family, reading, and crafts.

  • Dr. Zach Krych

    Dr. Krych grew up locally in Robbinsdale, earning a masters degree in Cellular Biology from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2012 before graduating from the University of Minnesota, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. His special interests include dentistry, surgery, and nephrology.He lives in Robbinsdale with his wife Sara, daughter Cadence, and son Elliot along with Atticus, their German Shepherd mixed breed dog, and tortie cat Sushi. Dr. Krych's hobbies include coaching Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, playing guitar, writing songs, and basically anything active or outside.

    Amy Everly

    Dr. Amy Everly grew up in Iowa, where she attended Iowa State University and received her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Ecology. She explored different avenues after her undergraduate school, working in various roles such as a zookeeper, retail manager, and veterinary assistant. In 2003, Dr. Everly went back to Iowa State University and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2007.

    Jen Gale

    Dr. Gale stepped into the veterinary world in 1995 (at the age of 19), working as a Kennel Attendant in the Plymouth Heights Pet Hospital boarding kennel.  After 12 years at PHPH (working in the kennels and as a veterinary assistant in the hospital), Dr. Gale graduated from the University of Minnesota, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007.  Now, 12 years have passed and she is thrilled to re-join the Plymouth Heights team!
