"The staff always have Twix's best interest in mind. They are always polite and Twix seems to like them all. I also appreciate the fact that Dr. Smith never pushes you to do a procedure. She may recommend certain treatments and then lets you decide. I have been to vet clinics where you are made to feel guilty unless you do what the vet says, regardless of cost or age of animal."
