Puppy, Kitten and Baby Skunk Packages
Our packages are offered at a significant discount because we strongly believe that the vaccinations, the parasite exams and the preventive measures provided will save your pet's life. These packages include all recommended puppy, kitten and baby skunk vaccinations, screening for intestinal parasites, growth examinations, diet and behavior consultations and first dose of heartworm prevention.
Routine Physical Examinations
For ages 1-6 we recommend yearly examinations but after age 6, we recommend every 6 month exams. These examinations are critical to evaluate you pet for any signs of disease. Early detection of diseases such as kidney disease or diabetes can add years to your pet's life.
Senior Wellness Packages
This package is specially designed for pets over 6 but can be used at any age. It includes Complete Blood Count, Major Blood Chemical Analysis, Thyroid Hormone Level Analysis, Urinalysis, Urine Protein: Creatinine, Chest X-Rays, Glaucoma Screen. A blood pressure evaluation and ultrasound can be added. We offer this package at a significant discount because we believe that early disease detection can give your pet a happier, healthier life.
Vaccinations
Routine vaccinations are essential for your pet's health. Our vaccines are taylored to your pet's needs. Vaccine recommendations depend on age and possible disease exposure. Since we believe that these vaccines are so important, we price them even lower than "discount vaccine clinics".
Parasite Screening, Treatment and Prevention
Yearly heartworm and intestinal parasite screening is important to not only keep your pets healthy but your human family as well. Did you know that you and your kids can get intestinal worms from your pets? Fortunately, we can catch this problem before it can affect everyone in your family. And the best news is that these parasites can be easily prevented! We offer monthly heartworm and intestinal worm prevention as well as ProHeart injections that are given every 6 months.
Microchipping
Many pets get separated from their owner for different reasons. Separation can occur from things out of your control such as tornados or a guest leaving the gate open. What ever the reason, you can protect your pet with permanent identification. It is as easy and as quick as an injection that will last a lifetime.
Diet and Weight Consultation
The old saying, "You Are What You Eat", applies to your pet also. The foundation of a healthy, long life is good nutrition. Increased weight and poor diet can lead to diseases such as joint disease, diabetes, liver disease just to name a few. We can discuss what diet is best for your pet and what your pet should weigh. We carry Science Diet and Royal Canin brand diets for your convenience.
