The staff of Middletown Animal Hospital enjoyed a holiday dinner at Chic Le Chef in Hidden Valley Lake on Sunday 12/18/16. Each staff member brought a guest and was treated to a delicious feast prepared by Julie Hoskins:
Appetizers: Spinach, gorgonzola, sun dried tomato stuffed mushrooms. Lamb meatballs with pomegranate molasses glaze and greek cucumber yogurt sauce. Roast chicken sliders with basil pesto aioli, brie, and butter lettuce.
Buffet: Gorgonzola pear salad with mixed greens, spiced walnuts, herb balsamic dressing. Herb roasted top sirloin with rosemary, sage, garlic, pepper and horseradish cream. Honey ginger carrots. Garlic rosemary roasted potatoes. Rolls and butter.
Dessert: Pumpkin pie and apple pie with all butter crust.
