First Time Pet Guest Checklist:

~All dogs, attending Boarding or Daycare, must be spayed or neutered prior to their eight month (8) birthday.

~For security purposes we require a photo of all dogs in our care and their owner’s or handler’s who have permission to pick them up,

~All dogs entering Hot Diggity Dog Resort must show proof of current vaccinations for Bordetella, Distemper-Parvo, and Rabies,

~All dogs spending the night must have a Daycare Registration Form (DCR) form completed online

~All dogs must attend one full-day of doggie daycare to attend and pass a temperament evaluation,

~Clients are required to furnish their dog’s food to help eliminate digestive issues by changing food.  Single-meal servings or treats must be in containers labeled with pet's name & include written instructions,

~Medication dispensing – must be in original packaging (additional cost)

~72 Hour Notice Required for cancellation and/or early-checkout to avoid being charged for reserved boarding, and

~All clients must have completed a Waiver and Release Of Liability form online.

Vaccinations:

~Vaccinations must be administered at least 48 hours prior to arrival under the guidance of a licensed veterinarian. Written proof is required.  The vaccinations we require are:DPP (Distemper, Parvovirus & Parainfluenza)

~Bordetella Required every 12 months and at least 48 hours prior to check-in to ensure maximum efficiency and protection against Kennel Cough. Please note: Many veterinarians administer this vaccine only by request

~Rabies 1 or 3-yr. vaccine required

~Fleas & Ticks In addition to vaccinations, all pets should be flea and tick free. Overnight and Daycare guests with signs of fleas and/or ticks will be required to take a flea bath and given topical flea medication at the owner’s expense.
