  • Abriana Reece
    Kennel Tech Assistant

Meet Abriana, our Kennel Tech Assistant that was born in Conroe and proudly raised in Texas! She interested in the veterinary field because she wanted more hands=on training with animals. In her current role, she gets to do just that. She helps animals when she’s needed, and takes them out for a little exercise and fun.

When she’s not at work, she loves to play tennis and walk animals!

  • Meredith Krus
Lead Veterinary Technician, Receptionist, and Kennel Technician Assistant.

Meet our veterinary technician, Meredith! Her job is to ensure patient health, safety, and happiness.

She was born and raised in Texas and has loved dancing since she was 7. She even went on to start teaching and doing choreography. After high school, she went to VII to get her Associate’s degree of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology. She found her way to the veterinary industry because the only thing that brought her happiness was the companionship of animals. One day it just clicked, being in the veterinary industry was what she wanted to do with her life. After an externship with a surgery center, she was hooked. She decided to keep going high-volume, low-cost spay and neuters and took a job doing that in a no-kill shelter. From there, she took a job in a general practice working with exotics and small mammals.

  • "Lakeway Animal Clinic is great. I have a pitbull pup that is almost a year old he got really sick on a Friday and wasn’t”t eating or wanting to drink anything, we took him there on Monday morning they told us it was parvo which most dogs die when they get it. But they explain what needed to be done and even showed us how to do some of the stuff yourself at home. By Wed. he was starting to eat and drink again. They help save my fur baby life. We tell everyone who has pets about them. Just wanted to say THANK YOU"
