Payment Options
Payment is required when services are rendered. We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) or checks. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card, and a photo ID is required when paying with a check. If this is not possible, please address this with our office staff and they will gladly assist you with your different options. Westview offers multiple types of financing options by using Scratchpay, or Care Credit that allow you to treat your loved one in a timely fashion to help optimize a full recovery. Please be sure to bring your drivers license and a secondary ID if this option is necessary for you, and we will help determine what fits best for your situation.
When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Westview Veterinary Hospital understands this and can help you get the help you need for your pet through Scratchpay or CareCredit if you qualify.
Scratchpay:
You can apply for Scratch pay online at Scratchpay.com or by texting PAY to 213-296-0817. Once approved for a set dollar amount, you have seven days to utilize the funds.
