MEET OUR VETERINARIANS
Dr. Paul Stephenson, DVM
Dr. Stephenson is the director of West Jefferson Animal Hospital. He graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1977. In 1982, he received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from The Ohio State University. Dr. Stephenson is also a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA), and Wyoming Veterinary Medical Association (WVMA).
He has been married for 27 years to his wife Cathy who you may see coming and going from the hospital. Together they have two beautiful children, ages 18and 24 While Dr. Stephenson is out of the office he likes to stay active in a local christian fellowship and serve on short term mission trips to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. He also enjoys anything outdoors (camping, hiking, back packing, biking, swimming, scuba diving, skiing, and fishing). During his weekends off he can be found 4-wheeling with his son or cheering on his daughter at her horse shows.

Dr. Tracy Arvin, DVM
Dr. Arvin completed her Bachelor of Science degree in 1984 at Miami University. In 1989 she graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine with her DVM and has been practicing at West Jefferson Animal Hospital ever since. Dr. Arvin is also a current member of the AVMA and OMVA.
She has been married for many wonderful years to her loving husband and together they have one child. She considers being a wife and a mother to their son a blessing. When Dr. Arvin has time off she enjoys gardening and biking. She also enjoys serving in church outreach programs to help the homeless and at-risk.
