- 1 Yearly Preventative care examination
- Urinalysis (must bring urine sample to visit
- Internal diagnostic screening including: Complete blood counts, Complete Organ Profile Testing and Thyroid testing
- Fecal parasite testing
- 2 Standard deworming or parasite treatment as needed
- Heartworm testing for dogs or Feline Leukemia/AIDs testing for cats
- 1 year supply of Heartgard or Proheart (Dogs only)
- 10% off any additional services except food, prescriptions and outside lab services
- Any additional scheduled medical exam $45
- Any unscheduled medical exam $65
- Any emergency exam $85
PLEASE NOTE for pets on patient monitoring may require additional exams and blood testing which are not covered on plan.
