Dr. Henry Lai is originally from San Jose, CA. He graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California – Irvine and then went on to obtain his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. To obtain further training, Henry completed a rotating internship at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital in Denver, CO which included internal medicine, surgery, emergency/critical care, radiology, cardiology, oncology, and anesthesia. Henry is also a member of American Veterinary Medical Association and the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association.

Henry has two dogs – a Siberian Husky named Rufio and a tripod chihuahua named Edgar. He enjoys biking and hiking with his dogs, stand up paddle boarding, and archery during his free time. If you see Henry on Fridays, you’ll catch him wearing a bow tie.
