  • Dr. Mike Pfeifer, DVM
Dr. Mike Pfeifer graduated from Washington State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 1983. After working for a busy east side practice for seven years, Dr. Mike opened Inglemoor Animal Hospital in 1991 as a small, solo practice which quickly grew thanks to the support of the Kenmore community. In adherence of his visions to provide care, Dr. Pfeifer strives to break down and explain medical and surgical conditions so that our clients stay informed about decisions regarding the health of their pets. That dream, along with hard work and dedication, has blossomed into a busy, six-doctor practice. Pets, now more than ever, are important members of the family, and Dr. Mike strives to provide quality care for both our patients and their owners. (His two golden retrievers, Rooney and Beau, are featured on our home page!)

She absolutely loves the interaction and bond she is able to form with the patients and the clients.

Testimonials

  • "I've been taking my animals here for as long as I can remember. I love the entire staff, reception all the way to the Doc's. They are compassionate and truly love animals. I had to do the one thing we all hate as pet owners, and that is listen to your pet and do right by them. It was my Oliver kitty's time, and as usual Dr. Vammen was amazing. Thank you for making an impossible situation bearable."
Lisa C. / Roosevelt, Seattle, WA
  • "Dr. Pfiefer is awesome! Took excellent care of my baby Mopar! They are extremely caring, kind, and truly understand how important out fur babies are to us. I will recommend them to everyone."
    Meaghan L. / Seattle, WA
  • "I cannot recommend this veterinary clinic highly enough! The vets and vet techs are terrific and the staff behind the desk is warm and helpful. My kitty is VERY shy and was terrified of being in a new place, but both Dr. Martin (this year) and Dr. Vammen (last year) put her right at ease. Very reasonable pricing, excellent care, and a caring staff... I'm not sure what else I could ask for!"
    Jamie A. / Kirkland, WA
  • "I really don't think you could have a better vet experience than Ingelmoor. Dr. Kemper was open and friendly, handled Biscuit gently and with respect, established a relaxed sense of communication, and even the nail trimming was first rate. I have been coming to Inglemoor since I arrived in Shoreline in 1993 and have no intention of going elsewhere."
    Johnny B. / Redmond
  • "Dr. Martin was awesome! I've never been so impressed by a vet before. Never once felt rushed, he was thorough in his exam and explanation of what may be going on AND let us ask lots of questions! He was super patient with us and our (not always friendly) pit bull and spent a good deal of time explaining benefits and risks of each treatment option."
    Kyla M. / Seattle
  • "Dr. Pfeiffer, Dr. Martin and others at Inglemoor Vet Clinic have cared for our 5 dogs over the past 30 years. They are skilled, compassionate and caring. They also do a good job explaining options, and understand that cost is a factor for most of us. I trust them, and recommend them without hesitation."
    Patricia A./Kirkland
  • "Excellent service! I've dealt with most of their vets and staff and everyone is amazing!"
    Ray S. / Kenmore

  • "I have been taking my pets to Inglemoor Animal Hospital for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. They are the most knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and kindest staff. And did I mention professional in every way. I drive clear across town just to go take my pets there."
    Debbie S. / Redmond
  • "Inglemoor Animal Hospital is one of those special places that restores your faith in humanity.
