When your pet becomes a patient at Alliance Emergency Veterinary Clinic, we hold a promise to keep our clients as educated as possible in regards to their pet's condition/progress. When a patient is held for overnight care or for any extensive procedure, we invite our clients to join our Text Community in order to stay informed and in touch with our staff.

...when your pet is under our care for an extensive period of time, clients will have the option of joining our Text Community which is a group chat containing AEVC's Veterinarians, Technicians, Assistants, and you!
With this open line of communication, clients can receive updates from our team of medical professionals in real-time.
With this method, clients have an easy way to contact our team with QUESTIONS, for UPDATES, and to receive PICTURES of their pets to not only hear but to see your pet's progress!
Our goal at AEVC is to inform and educate our clients as much as possible. We understand the stress and concern that comes with hospitalizing your pet, therefore we try to be as helpful as possible while our clients are going through this experience.
