We require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Any cancellations after this time are considered a no-show. There is a penalty of $50 + tax for appointments & $75 + tax for surgeries that must be paid before booking another appointment/surgery. Monday appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be made by end of business day the Friday before.
