At Happy Valley Veterinary Hospital, we take care to provide our clients and patients with high quality services personalized for their unique needs. If your pet has had an exam here within the past year, we are happy to assist with prescription refills. Please be aware that some medications do require yearly blood-work.
You may submit a refill request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but we do require 24 hour prior notice to when the medication is needed. Our staff members will review and fill orders during our business hours Monday through Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 9am - 4pm.

Price Matching:
We offer pricing comparable to online pharmacies, and price match with 1800PetMeds on certain items, including Trifexis. In fact, when online shipping and handling charges are added to an order, the online pharmacy’s prices can actually be higher than our own.
Mailing:
We are able to mail medications to you at a fee, but please provide at least 3 days notice before you run out.
Manufacturer Guarantees:
Because Happy Valley Veterinary Hospital is an authorized veterinary pharmacy, we are able to offer you the manufacturer’s guarantee of their products. Elanco, maker of Trifexis, states that if your dog tests positive for heartworms or hookworms, they will replace the product and pay for the diagnosis and treatment of your pet. Novartis, maker of Interceptor and Sentinel, offers the same 100% satisfaction guarantee. These companies will only honor the guarantees when their products have been prescribed by, and purchased from, your pet’s veterinarian.
Purchases from unauthorized distributors, including internet pharmacies like 1800PetMeds and mail order catalogs, DO NOT qualify for the guarantee. These distributors cannot legally purchase them from the manufacturers. The manufacturers distribute exclusively to veterinarians.
Rebates, Promotions and Free Doses:
We are able to offer you the manufacturer’s promotion of free doses and/or cash back rebates, which will be a further savings for you.
FDA Compliance:
We assure you that any prescription medication you purchase from us has been inspected and approved by the FDA (Federal Drug Agency), and has been manufactured and packaged in the United States according to government regulations.
If your pet has a reaction to the medication, we will be there to help and assist you and your pet.
