1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
2. We accept debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. We also accept cash and e-transfers. Please use the e-mail [email protected] for your e-transfer.
4.At VAH we know that emergencies can happen and leave you unprepared. Please ask about Pet Insurance as a way to protect your loved ones.
We also offer financing through PetCard which requires you to fill out an application form in clinic which can be approved that day. Please contact us for more information or fill out the Virden Animal Hospital application on line here and mail or fax to us.
