Medication refills can be requested by the following form and are sent to a doctor for approval. You will be contacted via the phone number provided only if a doctor determines the prescription is not able to be refilled at this time. A physical exam of your pet is required within one year of refilling any medication. This service is not available for new prescriptions or non-clients.
