Veterinarian and Practice Owner

Dr. Susan Moon has practiced at Brooks Road Animal Hospital throughout her career. A 1984 graduate of Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Moon began working at Brooks Road Animal Hospital in July of 1984 and purchased the practice in 1990.

Senior Technician

Shawn has been on staff at Brooks Road Animal Hospital for 30+ years. A licensed veterinary medical technician, she has a degree in veterinary technology from St. Petersburg College. She is responsible for nursing care of patients, inventory, lab management and staff supervision.
Cindy Ray, BA

Client Services Coordinator

Cindy has been employed as a receptionist with Brooks Road Animal Hospital since August 2000. Cindy's role encompasses all areas of dealing with clients, management, billing, and client education. Cindy has a B.A in English with Focus studies in Emergency Management.

Meredith joined our team right after graduation from Baylor University in 2019. She is working as a veterinary assistant to gain experience and insight while she prepares to apply for veterinary school. Her family includes her dog Robbie.

Savannah joined our veterinary assistant team in 2019. A native Memphian, she plans to pursue a degree in veterinary technology while she gains experience with us. Her family includes Harvey, a black and white kitten she adopted here.
