Vaccination and Parasite Requirements:
To insure the protection of all pets under our care, the following must be current:
Dogs:
- Distemper - Adenovirus 2 - Parainfluenza - Parvo Vaccine (Da2pp)
- Leptospira Vaccine
- Bordetella Vaccine (within last 6 months)
- Rabies Vaccine
- Influenza H3N8/H3N2 Vaccine
- Flea Prevention
- Heartworm Prevention
- Heartworm Test
- Fecal Test
Cats:
- Rhinotracheitis - Calicivirus - Panleukopenia - Leukemia Vaccine (FVRCP/FeLV)
- Rabies Vaccine
- Flea Prevention
- Fecal
If your pet is not a patient of All Creatures Animal Hospital, we will require medical records 48 hours prior to the anticipated drop off for boarding. This will allow us to review medical records in advance. The review of records will allow us to have all documents ready for our boarders prior to drop off. We will be more efficient and capable of informing our boarders of vaccinations and or other medical care that could be required prior to drop off.
