We work with you and your pet in a gentle caring manner to build a unique individualized plan that best helps you care for your pet. Our focus is on decreasing stress and geriatric medicine including physical rehabilitation, palliative care and in-home euthanasia.
Caledon-Vaughan Veterinary House Call Services is proud to serve Bolton, Kleinburg, Woodbridge, Nobleton, King City and the surrounding areas. As a mobile practice, we work with your veterinarian through referrals to assist your pet in your own home for physical rehabilitation, palliative, low stress and end-of life care.
