Have gone to Northrock for years. We feel comfortable and confident with any of the vets there. They are very accommodating to one of our dogs who is terrified of the vet. Just love everyone there

Everyone at NRHA is very friendly and helpful. When I arrived there as another family there to put their dog down. To see the staff take care of that family made my heart swell. That is the hardest part of being a pet owner and they get it. My service is always timely and I feel they all love my dog as much as I do....

Anytime I board my cat, the staff always makes sure she is comfortable and allows her to roam their larger cat room with cat trees whenever she is being boarded by herself with a low census. The staff also keeps records of her habits so I know how she did while I was away. My cat even received a complimentary laser treatment on her dry, cracked paw this last time she was boarded, which has helped tremendously! I wouldn't take my fur baby anywhere else for boarding!

They are the best veterinarian office in town, the docs and the staff both! They love my dogs as much as I do!

Everyone at Northrock is great, always kind and gentle with Lucy, and Lucy is not easy. Appreciate that they always take time with my questions, give advice, and guidance freely.

They got us into a room right away and the staff were very prompt and friendly. They seemed to genuinely care about my cat and they took great care of him.
