How long have you worked in the veterinary field?I’ve worked in the veterinary field for 6 years, but I’ve been a veterinarian since 2017.

For how long have you been a team member at Sierra Animal Hospital? 
Joined the team in August 2019.

What is your favorite part about your job?  I love working with animals every day, and forming bonds with my patients and clients. It is important that my patients and clients trust me, so that I can be there for them in their time of need, or for their day-to-day needs. 

 
Where did you grow up? Most of my childhood was spent in Saint Louis, Missouri. 

Where did you go to school?  University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine

 
What do you like to do when you are not at work?  My husband and I love to do anything outdoors, including traveling, swimming, and hiking with our boys (Harvey and Gordon)

What is your favorite part about your job? 
My favorite part of my job is exceeding client expectations while helping their pet.

Charlotte, NC

Where did you go to school? 
Graduated High School in 2006 (in NC) and eventually joined the Navy and trained in the healthcare system at Fort Sam Houston, TX.
 
What do you like to do when you are not at work?  

• Travel
• Go to pool/beach
• Try new restaurants
• Spend time with family
• Watch movies/go to movie theatre
• Exercise

How long have you worked in the veterinary field?
I began working at Sierra Animal Hospital in August, 2018. Prior to working here, I volunteered at many other veterinary offices to earn my veterinary assistant certification.

Since August 2018.

What is your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part about my job is being able to work with animals and learn new skills to further my veterinary education.

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Apollo Beach, Florida.

Where did you go to school?
I just recently graduated from Riverview High School and am now attending HCC.

What do you like to do when you’re not a work?
When I’m not at work you can find me at theme parks, on cruises, or spending time with my animals.

Where did you go to school?
I am currently enrolled at HCC for biology as well as Penn Foster for my veterinary technician degree. My goal is to receive my doctorate in veterinary medicine

What do you like to do when you are not at work? 
I like to spend time with my family, friends and their pets.

What is your favorite part of your job?
I love working around animals. It has been my passion ever since I was little. Caring for them is what I mostly enjoy about working in the vet field.

I graduated from Southern Technical College in March 2019 and received my Certified Veterinary Assistant Diploma

What do you like to do when you are not at work? 
I enjoy hanging out at home and watching movies, finding new food spots, and spending time with my family and two cats!

I joined the Sierra Animal Hospital Team in January 2021.

What is your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part of my job is assisting my team provide quality healthcare to dogs and cats.

Where did you grow up?
I spent most of my childhood in Long Island, NY.

Where did you go to school?
I graduated with a Certified Veterinary Assistant certification from WilsonTech.

What do you like to do when you are not at work?
I enjoy spending quality time with my family.

I joined the Sierra Animal Hospital Team March 2021.

What is your favorite part of your job?
I really enjoy all aspects of patient care and medicine.

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in areas in Oklahoma.

Where did you go to school?
I graduated from Liberty University with aBachelor's Degree in psychology and recently was accepted into St. PeteCommunity College to complete my Veterinary Technician Degree.

What do you like to do when you're not at work?
I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs. I also enjoy boating and reading.
