Tallecia used to work in a feed store, and realized she was selling deworming and medical products for illnesses she didn’t fully understand herself. She ended up studying veterinary technology in order to have her questions answered! Now Tallecia cares for pets every day as a Veterinary Technician.
Originally from Magnolia, Tallecia attended Lone Star College-Tomball to earn her degree in veterinary technology. Here at the clinic, she’s particularly fond of performing blood draws and examining pathogen samples under the microscope.
Tallecia lives in Hockley with her two pets, Simon and Maddie. When she isn’t spending time with them or tending to the needs of the area’s pets here at the hospital, Tallecia enjoys growing tadpoles and making her own jewelry—she’s even sold some of her pieces!
