Meet Our Doctors

    Dr. Peter Ammon, DVM

    Dr. Ammon graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison College of Veterinary Medicine in 1991, followed by a one-year internship at Kansas State University.
    He co-founded Animal House in 1995 after working at Franklin Park Animal Hospital for two years.
    Dr. Ammon is married with two lovely daughters, two sons and 3 cats.

    Dr. Patrick Sage, DVM

    Dr. Sage graduated from the Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. He joined Animal House immediately upon graduation and has been practicing full-time ever since.

    Dr. Sage enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter and spending time with his dog Seamus.


  • Dr. Gebhard, DVM
    Dr. Tracy Gebhard, DVM

    Dr. Gebhard graduated from Iowa State University in 2000 and has been with Animal House since 2007. She is a certified rehabilitation therapist and has a special interest in pain management and nutrition in addition to physical therapy. Dr. Gerhard’s main goal is to provide a happy, pain free and functional life for your pet.

    Dr. Pamela Griffith, DVM

    Dr. Griffith attended St. George's University School of Veterinary Medicine in Grenada.  She completed her clinical rotations at the University of Illinois and graduated in 2010.  Her interests include internal medicine, surgery, and dentistry.

    She enjoys cooking, working out, traveling and spending time with her husband and daughter.

    Dr. Scott Jarrett, DVM

    Dr. Jarrett graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001 and joined Animal House in 2020. His interests include surgery, dentistry, and client education.

    Dr. Jarrett’s family includes his wife, daughter and son. They live with three cats and two dogs

    Dr. Mary Grabowski, DVM

    Dr. Mary Grabowski graduated from University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana Veterinary School in 2008. She has intense training and special interest in Exotic animal medicine ranging from preventative care to surgery.  She sees birds, reptiles, pocket pets, ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, and chinchillas. She also sees her beloved dog and cat clients too!
    Dr. Grabowski loves to be outdoors with her husband, daughter and 2 sons. They have  4 birds (Tuga- male Eclectus parrot, Remi- Sun Conure, Jojo- Rose Breasted Cockatoo, and Kiwi- Green-cheek Conure) and 2 African aquatic frogs.  They are looking to add on to their family soon with a dog.
