Leigh A Sumner , Manager
Leigh Ann has been with the Animal Health Center since the first day it opened, 28 years ago. She was a hemodialysis nurse who easily converted to veterinary medicine. Leigh Ann has always loved animals and currently has 5 dogs and 2 cat. (She's had a ferret, a snake and a skunk in the past) She is the mother to 3 daughters, 2 daughter-in-laws, 2 sons and 3 son-in-laws. She has 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She is an avid reader, loves anything to do with the water, and enjoys traveling.
Charity Workman , Head Receptionist
Charity has been part of the team at Animal Health Center for over 23 years. She is our head receptionist and guides the receptionist team through the minefield of computer invoicing and medical records. She is responsible for checking and correcting the mistakes made by our staff (including Dr. Bruce) in the charting or billing process. Needless to say, she is a great speller and is great in math.
Charity is married. She and her husband, Fly, have two sons. She also has 2 four -legged children, Bandit and Gypsy.

Josh Colley, Head Veterinary Technician
Josh just graduated with a degree in veterinary technology and is studying to take his boards to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician. He assists Doctor Bruce in all areas throughout the practice.
Blaine Bruce, Senior Veterinary Assistant
Blaine is Dr. Bruce's son and has been working with the Animal Health Center for 6 1/2 years. He hopes to pursue a career as a veterinarian and is currently working on his undergraduate degree in science. He loves patient care and thrives in the surgical environment. He has been part of this clinic his entire life and knows all aspects of the veterinary practice.

Dr. Arvle Marshall , Audiologist
Conducts Baer Hearing Tests. Doctor Marshall perfected hearing tests for animals and is a leader in the field of audiology. He is a retired professor from Auburn University.

Terrie has over 15 years experience grooming. She is able to do a large variety of cuts on numerous breeds of dogs. Terrie likes to meet each of her clients and enjoys discussing each dog's or cat's new "do".
