This vet is really good at what they do and they are very kind. While I have an animal that isn't custom to Utah (hedgehog) and not something they treat in general...they went above and beyond for me. They did research, good prices, ordered medicine and shampoo...even though it wasn't something they generally do they went above and beyond for me.
While its a smaller vet the staff is extremely friendly, kind and helpful. You can tell they love animals and do their best...the service is above and beyond anything I've seen in St. George.
Animals they do generally treat include the basics: cat, dogs, etc. A family member has taken her aging boxer here several times and they have researched every possible avenue to treat this sweet puppy. I really appreciate they're about health and service and care over pumping your animal full of expensive pills and treatments (i.e. the plum opposite of that one King of the Hill episode...)
From those I've talked to I think we lucked out with this vet...they are the best in town hands down!

I agree with the other review. Simply my best vet experience in town. Originally recommended to me by the folks at P.A.W.S. He is their primary vet. Very caring. It shows. The veterinary assistant is incredibly effective with my dog. My dogs stress level disappears once she gets involved. Ya gotta see it to believe it.

I was very impressed with the service I got here. The staff was very nice and prompt with our visit. We had a microchip put in and the doctor had it in within seconds. The doctor also gave us some pointers on our tips and things to look out for with our dog. He was very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone with a pet.

Very good service. Our little dog was having some issues with his ear. I took him in and he was so nervous and scared while the doctor was examining his ear so it was difficult. But the Doctor and his assistants were very patient with him. Our dog had a fox tail deeply embedded into his ear that had ruptured his ear drum. They gave us a quote of cost, that was very reasonable. The doctor took him back and was able to remove it but not without a fight. They called only a few hours later to let us know that our dog was awake but that they wanted to monitor him for a bit longer because of the ruptured ear drum. When we picked up our dog, they gave us some pain medication to take home and help control the pain while the ear drum healed. Our dog was soo happy to see us and he smelt and felt very good. I think they bathed him. Great service and I was so glad they called us to update us on his condition and about the complications. Thank you so much. He is doing much better.

[The doctor] does a fantastic job with his neutering! My previous cat looked amazing, you couldn't even tell he was neutered. My new dog looks so good and healed quickly. I had job shadowed Dr. Ball and was surprised about how efficient and quick he and his tech takes care of the animal patients. They make sure that the animals are happy before they go home. They are amazing people. Thank you, Dr. and Techs for the great experiences and healthy pets.
