A new service so you can visit with your veterinarian safely and virtually, without leaving the comforts of your car.
TO SET UP A VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT:
1. GIVE US A CALL
Call the front desk and speak with a Client Care Coordinator to schedule a Virtual Appointment with your veterinarian. Please be sure we have your most current phone and email information. Your payment information will be obtained over the phone or at curbside check-in.
2. WE'LL SEND YOU A LINK
We'll email you a link and password for your Virtual Appointment using the popular video conferencing software Zoom on your phone or device. Click the link at the time of your Virtual Appointment, you will be taken to our virtual "Waiting Room". Your veterinarian will add you to the meeting when they are ready to see you.
3. VIDEO CHAT WITH YOUR VETERINARIAN
Your veterinarian will complete your pet's exam and determine your pet's needs, will provide a treatment plan with costs and will send you home with any medications needed — just like the in-person exams you are accustomed to, but from the safety of your car!
