Dr. Mark Ditsworth

Dr. Ditsworth grew up in San Diego and Las Vegas. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Nevada Reno and graduated veterinary school from Oregon State/Washington State in 1983. His goals as a veterinarian are to provide the highest-quality medicine available and to always research new ways to provide the best care. Before purchasing Kings Row Pet Hospital with his wife of 25 years, Loni, he worked at Baring Blvd Veterinary Hospital. He takes a special interest in avian medicine, internal medicine and endoscopy. He also enjoys the challenges of soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries.

Mark and Loni have always had a menagerie of pets in their house. At present, they have three dogs, Izzie (an English Setter), Einstein (a long-hair chihuahua) and Charg-her ( an English Setter) as well as three Manx cats - Annie, Tink and Mia. During his free time, Dr. Ditsworth likes to go golfing, camping and hiking. He enjoys the outdoors and likes spending time with his family and friends.

Dr. Ellen Cook-Champagne

Dr. Cook-Champagne graduated from UC-Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. After two years practicing in a large and small animal practice in Angels Camp, Calif., she moved back to her home in Rocklin, Roseville and Auburn area of Placer Country, California. There, she worked in several area hospitals, including a stint in Angels Camp again before managing a corporate-owned practice in South Sacramento. She moved to Reno in 2004 with her two dogs, her horse and a longer, now hyphenated name. (We call her Dr. C, Dr. Champagne or Dr. Ellen.)

Dr. Cook-Champagne does the ultrasound imaging for Kings Row Pet Hospital and has a special interest in auto-immune diseases and skin conditions.

Dr. Natalie Green DVM

Dr. Natalie Green grew up in Georgia and earned her BS at the University of Georgia and her DVM degree from Ross University. She has been practicing veterinary medicine since 2003, and has been working at a vet clinic since she was 15 years old. With a husband in the military, she had the advantage of pursuing her passion for veterinary medicine in Georgia, Southern California, Alabama, Hawaii, and now Nevada. Her husband retired from active duty in 2019 and they chose the Reno/Tahoe area as their forever home. While the cold weather is a shock to the system after living in Hawaii, Dr. Natalie, her husband, young daughter, an old boxer (Bryson), an old chocolate lab (Tahoe), and two spunky kitties-Lilikoi and Lanikai, are all adjusting well! Dr. Natalie has an active lifestyle with her family spending as much time outdoors as possible, paddle boarding, hiking, snowboarding, swimming, camping, and exploring their new town.

Dr. Natalie became 'fear free certified' in 2017 and likes to approach pets in a way that makes them feel more comfortable in an often scary veterinary environment. You will often find her handing out special treats to patients for distraction and to make them feel more at ease. Her other veterinary interests are in soft tissue surgery, behavior, and dermatology.
