COVID - 19 Announcement For Just Cats Clients
We are happy to announce that beginning June 1st, we will be changing over to hybrid curbside appointments. We continue to ask that all clients check in by calling our clinic and letting our friendly CSS team know that you have arrived. When the doctor is ready to see your cat, you will receive a text message or call alerting you to come to the front door by using the ramp side on the right side of our building in our Guilderland office. As there is only one entrance to our Saratoga office, we will be closely monitoring traffic so we do not have people exiting and entering at the same time. We will still be offering curbside appointments for those who still opt to do so.
Guidelines for Clinic Visits
We are allowing only two clients in the building per appointment to accompany your cat. Our team member will escort you into our exam room where we ask you to sit in the designated area throughout the duration of your visit. We will still be requiring face coverings from nose to chin throughout the visit. The CDC is requiring masks at all healthcare facilities at this time and we will abide by that guideline.
We will continue curbside only for technician appointments, grooming, dentistry and other drop-off procedures. If you are unsure about whether your appointment will be curbside, ask our friendly CSS team and they will let you know.
All medication and product pickups will continue to be performed curbside to limit exposure in our waiting areas.
We ask that our clients continue to be kind and understanding during this time of transition. We understand everyone is eager to get back to “normal,” please understand our protocols are in place to keep our team members, clients and families safe. There are still members of our society at risk and are unable to vaccinate.
