We are less than 1/4 of a mile south of the intersection of state road 64 and state road 135 across the street from the New Salisbury post office. If driving from Interstate 64, we are less than 5 miles north on 135 from the Corydon (exit 105) interchange.
From Brandenburg and Corydon, follow SR135 north to New Salisbury. The clinic is on the right just before the four-way intersection of SR64.
From Salem, take SR135 south to New Salisbury. Continue through the four-way intersection and look for the clinic on the left.
From Interstate 64, Take exit 105 and go north on SR135 to New Salisbury. The clinic is on the right just before the four-way intersection of SR64 and across form the post office.
From Marengo, follow SR64 east to New Salisbury intersection of SR135. Turn right onto SR135 southbound. The clinic will be on the left less than a mile from the intersection.
To get to the clinic from Paoli, take US150 to the SR135 intersection in Palmyra. Turn right onto 135 and continue south to New Salisbury. Go straight (south) through the four-way intersection in New Salisbury. The clinic will be on the left less than a mile from the intersection.
