  • Dr.
    Eric Anderson

    Dr. Anderson grew up with a passion for animals of all shapes and sizes. From the time he was a small boy, he always wanted to be a veterinarian. In 1980, he opened Best Friend's Veterinary Center, where he remains to be a practicing doctor, director, and chief of staff. Dr. Anderson has been voted the “Best Veterinarian on Whidbey” by The Whidbey News-Times readership poll several times. He prides himself in his advanced, post-doctoral education and has an especially strong background in orthopedic surgery and ultrasonography.

    Erica Anderson Syring

    Dr. Syring is a Whidbey Island native and graduate of Ross University. Dr. Erica and her husband Aaron live here on Whidbey Island with daughters Payton and Reagan, two french bulldogs Ruby and Fergie and their loveable cat Mooch. Her interests in veterinary medicine include ultrasonography, internal medicine, and soft tissue surgery. In her free time, she enjoys family and friend get-togethers, snow and water skiing and scuba diving.
