"Today, we went in for our first visit. Immediately I was pleased. There's a separate entrance and waiting area for cats and dogs. The vet brought in a pheromone covered towel and some catnip to put my kitty at ease. The exam tables are even heated! Everyone was so sweet and very kind. They listened to my concerns and the history of my cat. I am very grateful to have found Best Friends. We look forward to seeing them again! Great experience!"

"Monday night we found our beloved cat Loki nearly lifeless on our front lawn. We showed up at the clinic at 8:50 pm and although they closed at 9:00 they were still willing to suspend their time with their own families to tend to mine. Knowing my kitty was near death they stayed with him until midnight, when his temperature was finally at a safe degree for us to transport him to the emergency vet in mt Vernon. They sat with him, talked to him and loved on him as I would have. Sadly we lost our cat that night but I will be forever grateful for the compassion and understanding they showed us at such a devastating time. And if that wasn't enough, they sent us a beautiful bouquet of flowers the next day. I am so thankful my kitty was so well taken care of in his last moments of life. I am beyond thankful to the staff of Best Friends veterinary clinic."

"Had a tumor removed from my dog here today. Staff was super friendly and informative and took really good care of her. They gave me a tour of the clinic so I would know where she would be and helped ease my anxiety. Plus the procedure was cheaper than expected and I got money back. I highly recommend this pet hospital. Thanks for removing baileys tumor!!"
