Things to know about Puppy and Kitten Health Certificates
•We ask that you please schedule appointments for health certificates 3-4 weeks in advance.
•A stool sample needs to be dropped off the week prior to the health certificate appointment. Doing this will provide you with extra time to treat if the sample yields a positive result.
•Health certificates are only valid for 10 days from date of examination and cannot be issued if puppies have a positive fecal sample or are deemed unhealthy.
•Congenital defects will be noted on the certificates.
•If vaccines have been administered, please provide vaccine information and date(s) given.
•Please provide brand of de-wormer and dates administered.
