KENNEL ATTENDANT
Kennel personnel are responsible for animal handling, feeding, and various animal care responsibilities. They are responsible for laundry, waste disposal, hospital maintenance, and janitorial tasks.
Our receptionists (or client service reps) schedule appointments for new and existing clients and patients, admit and discharge patients, fill prescriptions, and maintain patient medical records. They are responsible for over-the-counter sales and maintenance of the front office and reception area. Computer, cash handling, and general office experience are preferred.
Our technicians assist the doctors and perform medical procedures and treatments. They assist in surgery, and perform laboratory, radiology, and dental procedures. They participate in patient appointments, and facilitate communication between clients and doctors. They are responsible for the operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, and maintain the OSHA and Hazardous Materials Programs. The Certified Veterinary Technician credential is preferred but not required.
