Hurricane Preparations For Tampa Residents WUSF News - June 2, 2017
Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn said it's especially important to know your evacuation route in his geographically vulnerable city. The official evacuation zone maps were updated for 2017 and some of the zones have changed. The City of Tampa Office of Emergency Management encourages residents to look at the map for all of Hillsborough County located at www.tampagov.net/AlertTampa under the “Find your evacuation zone” tab.
