Appointments
We recommend and prefer our clients to schedule an appointment which helps enable us to provide each of our clients and patients the time and attention they deserve. Our clinic offers same-day appointments. This can be done by contacting our office @ (254) 865-8466.
We are happy to accept drop-offs and walk-in patients but please be aware that these require us to "squeeze you in" among our scheduled appointments. Our receptionist will advise you upon arrival at the clinic as to how long the wait time might be.
If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the clinic immediately. If possible, it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
We offer "on call" service for any emergency which might occur after hours. The on-call doctor can be reached by calling our emergency number (254-404-5206). Our veterinarians and personnel are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet or livestock might require.
We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionist will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.

Payments
Bar N Veterinary Clinic, PC accepts payment via cash, check, debit cards or credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express). So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
Bar N Veterinary Clinic, PC offers discounted services to senior citizens, military personnel and local area rescue groups. Pre-approval is required to qualify for the rescue group discounts, please call us for more information.
