Tickle Blagg Animal Hospital in San Marcos, TX is a full service companion animal hospital. It is our commitment to provide quality veterinary care throughout the life of your pet. Our services and facilities are designed to assist in routine preventive care for young, healthy pets; early detection and treatment of disease as your pet ages; and complete medical and surgical care as necessary during his or her lifetime.

Dr. Robert Blagg, DVMDr. Blagg started with the practice in 1987 after graduating from Texas Tech University in 1983 with a BS in Animal Science and from Texas A&M University in 1987 with his DVM. Dr. Blagg was born in Brownwood, TX but grew up in San Angelo, TX. He has been married for almost 30 years to his wife Dottie, who is a pharmacist and a talented triathelete, and has two sons named Robert and Ben.

Dr. Angela Jordan, DVMDr. Jordan has been with the practice part-time since June 2005 and joined us full-time in January 2017. She grew up in New Braunfels and now lives in Martindale, TX with her husband Matt and her two children Christian and Olivia. Angela graduated from Hood College in Frederick, MD in 1991 with a BA in Biochemistry and got her DVM from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA in 1997.
