Frisco West Animal Medical Center is in it's tenth year! Frisco West, a practical, progressive veterinary hospital, is a product of Dr. Tucker’s determination to establish an animal care center that practices, with a focus on client education and understanding of the care needed for our four legged companions.
Communication is paramount and from the first phone call to our pet care clinic, to the day we come together and make the difficult decision to ease a family member’s suffering, Frisco West will remain dedicated to being attentive, compassionate, and sincere with our communication to clients and patients alike. I simply wanted to take a minute to acknowledge how impressed my family has been with Frisco West Animal Medical Center and Dr. Chris Tucker’s personal efforts, care, and attention to our canine family members. I can not overemphasize our sincere appreciation for the unparalleled support he and his staff have shown us over the years.
First and foremost, he’s a family doctor, he’s part of our family. When one of our dogs struggled to cope with various ailments and illness after 13 years, Dr. Tucker was there to walk us through the facts, choices, and then set our expectations. When our second dog began to show signs of the same struggle years later at age 14, Dr. Tucker was there again to set expectations but also to aggressively begin treating what we could in order to manage our pet’s quality of life. In the end, Dr. tucker was there to assist us in transition and even now continues to serve and support our family with our third family pet, a young and vibrant 1 year-old puppy.
Frisco West Animal Medical Center is a joy to visit each month for grooming and regular pet care... it’s a well run practice. People, not machines, answer the phones and they also have an incredible website. The staff is first class...always cheerful, nice, and polite. They remember people’s names, and they are all people you’d actually want to spend time with!
With the utmost sincerity, I'd like to thank Dr. Tucker and all those involved in making our pet care experience so memorable. He’s the reason my 9-year-old daughter wants to become a vet.
