We love our pets and our customers! - Yet to ensure the safety of all of our patients that use all aspects of our hospital including our boarding and grooming facilities, certain requirements need to be met. Please see the following lists to use as a guideline and if you have any questions regarding these requirements, please do not hesitate to contact our office (949) 770-9015! If your pet has been seen at another hospital or clinic, with your permission, we would be happy to call for verification of vaccinations, intestinal parasite checks, bloodwork etc.
Dogs:
- Wellness physical exam completed by a veterinarian within the last 12 months.
- DhPP or DAP (Distemper-Hepatitis-Parainfluenza-Parvo Virus.)
- Bordetella
- Rabies vaccine.
- Current intestinal parasite check.
- Annual wellness panel, heartworm test and preventatives are also strongly encouraged.
Cats:
- Wellness physical exam completed by a veterinarian within the last 12 months.
- FVRCP (Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Chlamydia.)
- Felv vaccine for indoor/outdoor felines.
- Rabies vaccine.
- Current intestinal parasite check.
- Annual wellness panel, heartworm test and preventatives are also strongly encouraged.
Avian and Exotics:
- Physical exam completed by Dr. Ikeda or Dr. Kanbe annually.
- Proof of viral testing including PBFD, Psittacosis, Polyoma.
- Current intestinal parasite check.
- Annual wellness panel and gram stain are also strongly encouraged.
