Our appointment book is computerized so we can effectively book appointments for you and your pet. The PetDesk App can be downloaded to streamline every aspect of your experience, including scheduling, medical records, prescription refills, patient information, and communication for pick-ups.
Drop-off appointments can be scheduled between 8:00am – 9:00am with pick-up at the end of the day, or you can schedule an specific appointment to see the Veterinarian or Technician on duty. We will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
We have Veterinarians and staff on duty 5 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Emergencies can be things such as chocolate or poison injection, car accidents, cuts and abrasions, broken limbs, etc. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment, please call so a team member can advise you on the best action plan for particular emergency. We may recommend a local emergency clinic in the area based on the issue.
We are available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but if you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to schedule an appointment, we will do our best to either squeeze you in or give you alternative options in that moment. Our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen without an appointment.
Our clinic is fully equipped with digital, in-house X-Rays, radiology and bloodwork equipment to ensure a one-stop-shop for complete veterinary care for your pets. We are pleased to offer reasonably priced services for your furry family members. Dr. Kapp is an experienced surgeon and can perform multiple procedures for your pet’s healthcare needs, including:
