Light at the end of the tunnel!

So it has been a busy month at the Richview Animal Hospital with some great changes that will allow us to improve the level of care we are able to provide in a more comforting environment.

Dental radiographs are now a standard at the hospital. This is very exciting as it will allow us to further improve the level of care we can offer. This technology is very exciting as it enables us to be able to assess tooth root health. 

The system is fully digital which makes the “developing time” very quick with no chemicals. It also allows storage of images on digital media. We already had this available with our regular X-Ray machine. The resolution is second to none and we   have the flexibility of e-mailing radiographs to radiologists for a consult if required.

E-mail reminders and communication is now active and should help us decrease the amount of paper we utilize. Our on line store is up and running with a phenomenal response as you can now order online 24/7 and choose whether you have it shipped to your home or you can choose to pick it up at the hospital. The referral program is also up and running and is a way we can reward you for trusting us to care for your pet.
