During Office Hours:
If you have an emergency when we are open, please call our office at 618-222-9860 to speak to one of our team members. We can discuss the situation with you & determine if your pet should be seen immediately, in which case by having spoken with you we will be able to prepare for your arrival. Please note that we are not staffed overnight with medical personnel. If your pet is critical and/or may need overnight medical attention, we might need to have you transfer your pet to the Animal Emergency Center in Collinsville (see below) or Hawthorne Animal Hospital in Glen Carbon. If you have an emergency during the day or your pet is critical, Hawthorne Animal Hospital in Glen Carbon accepts patients needing 24 hour care.
