Thomas J. Mole, DVM

Dr. Thomas Mole was born and raised in Charleston, S.C. He attended Emory University in Atlanta for his undergraduate degree in Biology. Upon graduation from Emory he was accepted into the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Georgia and graduated there in 1982. Dr Mole and his wife, Susan, married in 1981 while he was finishing Veterinary school. Dr. Mole began as an associate veterinarian in the Orlando area from 1982-1984. He is a member of the Veterinary Emergency Clinic, FVMA, and AVMA. 

He built and opened Curry Ford Animal Hospital in the fall of 1984. In August, he sold his business to his son, Chris Mole, DVM. 

Special interests in the veterinary field include; Surgery, Dentistry and Dermatology. His hobbies include travels that encompass most outdoor sports, animals and wildlife.

 

Kaleigh, Office Manager

Kaleigh has worked in veterinary medicine for over 5 years. She recently joined the Curry Ford team as manager in January 2019. She has a passion for learning more about the field everyday, and in turn sharing that knowledge with her employees and clientele. She is mom to 1 dog named Dixie Belle. 


Melissa, Veterinary Technician

Melissa has been with us since 2008 and offers up her expertise as our lead technician. She oversees multiple other duties in our hospital and makes everything run seamless for your loved ones in our care. Melissa brought an additional 5+ years of experience when she joined our team in 2008. 

 
 

Kailyn, Veterinary Technician

Kailyn has joined our team after months of volunteer hours at our hospital. Kailyn is pursuing a career in the veterinary field and loved volunteering with Dr. Mole and the staff so much that Dr. Mole offered her a part-time position. Kailyn is very talented in all departments so you may see her in our front receptionist and kennel area when not teching rooms. She shows a genuine love for all your animals and is a great asset to our hospital.

 

Lydaris, Lead Receptionist

Lydaris joined us in 2017. She comes with experience in the receptionist and technician areas of veterinary medicine and will use her experience between those two areas with us. She was born and raised right here in Florida and is attending college while holding down her job with us. She is pursuing a degree in the business management aspect of veterinary medicine. Lydaris is fluent in English and Spanish and is very caring and compassionate to all the pets.
