We apologize for any inconvenience however, John Rolfe cannot extend credit to our clients. We wish we could do what we do for free but, (until we win the lottery) our fees are as low as we can possibly make them and still be available for the next pet who needs us. Please, if you need to borrow money and do not have credit available, turn to your family, friends, or employers to lend you the money and make arrangements to pay them back. Your pet is your responsibility and we will do what we can to help you through a difficult time, but we cannot be financially responsible for you and your pet.

We also accept Care Credit which you can apply for at carecredit.com. Care Credit offers a 6 month/no interest plan.

  • Dr. Samantha Tisnado
    Dr. Tisnado grew up in the Richmond and after attending the Collegiate Schools she received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. She began practicing Veterinary Medicine in the Richmond area in 2000 and became the owner of Gayton Animal Hospital in 2013.

    Dr. Sara White was born in Colchester, England where she lived for 10 years and became an avid fan of James Herriot. She spent the rest of her childhood in Mclean, Virginia. After completing a bachelor of science degree from James Madison University in 1992 she attended Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1996.

    Dr. Willis is a 1994 graduate of the University of Virginia and graduated from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. In veterinary school, Dr. Willis was a member of the student chapter of The Emergency and Critical Care Society and The Honor Society of Phi Zeta and continues to be a member of both as a professional. He is also a member of The Biltmore Who's Who.

  • Dr. Cathy Blanchong
    Dr. Blanchong is a graduate from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She has a diverse veterinary experience, which includes small animal medicine and surgery, equine medicine and surgery, emergency medicine and critical care, as well as integrative medicine (combining traditional Western and Chinese medicines), practicing acupuncture and herbal medicine. Dr. Blanchong is available to see patients out our location, however you do need to call her and set something up.
