Stress-Free Cat Visits

Maintaining good preventative health care is the best way to help your cat live a longer and happier life. It is our job and privilege to provide quality veterinary care for your cat, but sometimes getting them to the veterinary office can be a challenge. As a result, owners become frustrated and decide that it is not worth the hassle. This is the number one reason why cats don’t receive routine wellness care and why some surveys say less than 50% of cat owners bring their kitties in for annual exams.

We want all our patients to feel safe and loved while coming in for their visits. While we practice techniques specifically designed for low-stress and fear free care for cats (such as giving lots of treats and cuddles), behavior modification starts at home. This does not mean changing your kitty’s personality, it simply means training your pet to be more comfortable with vet visits. Our goal is to help you and your cat experience a pleasant visit from start to finish.

Below you will find some links to resources on how you can help your cat when coming in for their wellness exams. Our educated staff is also happy to help if you have any questions or concerns.
