Our boarding facility caters to cats and dogs of various sizes and needs. Some exotic pets, such as ferrets, birds, guinea pigs, etc, may also be boarded with us. Pets on medications, including insulin injections, are given their treatments by our experienced technician staff. Any medical issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Dogs are allowed time outside in our large back yard to exercise at least twice a day.
To ensure the continued health and well-being of all of our boarding patients, boarding pets are required to be up to date on their vaccinations, including kennel cough (Bordatella). Boarders are also required to have had a veterinarian approved flea and tick preventive applied prior to boarding (e.g. Frontline, Certifect, Revolution, or others). This ensures that animals that spend time at Eastwood Animal Clinic remain free of harmful parasites and infectious diseases.
