Changes Effective Immediately: 3/20/2020
In response to the social distancing efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19 and to keep with the CDC and WHO guidelines regarding the transmission, as well as keep our team and our clients as safe as possible, we are making the following changes to our protocols. This is effective immediately and until further notice.
We are now providing Carside Service, exclusively. We will have you remain in your car and we’ll take over from there. We are only allowing the team inside our hospital at this time. When you arrive, please call or text us at 317-291-3932, and let us know you have arrived. We will have you talk to a team member to ask a few questions, especially if you are here for an appointment. A team member will then come out to your vehicle and retrieve your pet. Depending on what your pet is here for, we will call you again while you wait. We will also be able to take your payment over the phone. **The only exception will be for End of Life visits.
Please have all cats in a carrier & dogs leashed wearing a collar that they can’t slip out of.
In order to conserve supplies, we are limiting our appointments to urgent and essential visits only. At this time if your pet is due for their annual wellness examination and vaccines, we ask that you wait a few weeks for your pet to be seen. We will make exceptions for puppy and kitten pediatric visits, boosters for Leptospirosis and Canine Influenza vaccines, as well as other monthly injections.
There may be other circumstances, so just give us a call or text us at 317-291-3932 to discuss your pet’s needs.
Please call or text ahead for prescription and food refills, so that we can have them ready in advance of your arrival. Upon arrival for your items, call or text us and we will bring them out to you. We will take payment over the phone and then deliver your items to your car. You can also easily access home delivery of prescriptions and food by visiting our online store here.
