At Michigan Road Animal Hospital, we offer a variety of services to make sure your pet is as happy and

Preventative Health Care
We believe preventative medicine is the best approach to keeping our patients healthy. This includes annual wellness examinations, vaccinations on a yearly or every three-year basis, external and internal parasite prevention, and dietary management.
Emergencies
During regular office hours emergencies will be given immediate consideration. Please call our office if your pet is experiencing an emergency so we can be as prepared as possible for your arrival.
Internal Medicine
We provide general internal medicine procedures and diagnostics should your pet become ill, or have a current condition.
Surgical Care
We have complete, sterile, surgical facilities for our surgical patients. We have a Thermowave unit, one of the newer advances in veterinary medicine, and use it for a variety of procedures and for all of our feline declaws. It works like a laser does in surgery. We routinely provide neutering, spaying and declawing services as well as a number of other types of surgery.
Dentistry & Dental Digital Radiology
Keeping our pets smiling brightly and their mouths smelling fresh and healthy is a priority for all of us pet owners. Should your pet be in need of a dental cleaning the staff at Michigan Road Animal Hospital at Crooked Creek is here to help!
Diagnostics
Our in-house laboratory provides various analyses, including blood profiles, complete blood counts, chemistries, urinalyses, culturing, cytology, histopathology, and fecal analyses.
Intensive Care
If it is necessary for your pet to be admitted to the hospital for treatment, we will provide everything needed for her comfort and care.

Boarding & Daycare
Michigan Road Animal Hospital provides boarding for our clients, by reservation. Pets who need medications or those pets with special needs are welcome and encouraged to stay with us while you are away.
Pet Salon
A service most of our clients take advantage of is our salon services. A good bath and brush or grooming is essential to keep your pet healthy and happy. Whether your pet just needs a good wash and dry, or needs a professional hair trimming complete with bows and painted nails, you can count on Carol at MRAH to beautify your pet!
Pet Loss
Remembering the years of love and care given to our pets and the lifetime of companionship and devotion returned, we cherish their memories long after their lives have ended. Our pets not only deserve, but it is proper that we give some forethought to their final arrangements.
